Puzzle Accessories (Holders & Non-Printed Items)

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Custom Printed (Print-on-Demand) Items

Items that are custom printed to order are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed. If you receive a defective or misprinted item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.
